April Training – 65 mile Adirondack Road Ride

In April we organized a ‘practice ride’ for the Ride The Lobster (RTL) race.  The goal of this ride, on top of getting in shape and having fun, was to practice handing off a baton between riders.  Additionally, we wanted to get a feel for how far each rider should ride, and get a feel for the organization and eating of being on the road and swapping riders.  Vince and Roland represented Team Personal Roller Coaster and Perry was there with his ‘Team Balance’ mates.  In total we rode 65 miles.
